Gotti has lived at the 6,000-square-foot, neoclassical-style mansion in Old Westbury for nearly three decades. The home was the setting for the reality show Growing Up Gotti starring Victoria’s sons John, Carmine, and Frank that aired from 2004-2007. The mansion features a four-car garage, a tennis court, a pool with waterfalls, and a variety of other luxury amenities.

Victoria is the daughter of John Gotti, who ran the Gambino crime family. Her ex-husband whom she divorced in 2003, Carmine Agnello, is currently in jail in Cleveland pending trial on racketeering charges.

A federal prosecutor from the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney’s tax fraud section is overseeing the investagtion, according to the New York Daily News. Victoria’s sons appear to be the targets of the investigation rather than their mom.

In recent weeks, this is the second raid by law enforcement. Last month, NYPD detectives raided the Howard Beach home of late “Teflon Don” John Gotti, in order to arrest the crime lord’s 23-year-old grandson (also named John Gotti) on drug dealing charges.

In August, young John Gotti was charged with illegal distribution of pills in Howard Beach, and he is awaiting a court appearance later this month, according to E! Online. During a traggic stop in July, police said they discovered 205 oxycodone pills, 18 methadone pills, a bottle of testosterone, Xanax and marijuana.
