So you've heard the news: thanks to Rick and Morty and countless fans clamoring to get in on the action, McDonald's is bringing back the Szechuan Sauce for one day only.

But how can you get your hands on it? Don't worry, we have you covered.

Given the thousands of McDonald's restaurant locations in the United States alone, not every one is getting in on the promotion. But there are multiple stops in many cities across the country where you'll be able to nab some of that sweet, sweet sauce, so you might not need your portal gun.

As part of the "Obsauced" campaign for their new Buttermilk Crispy Tenders, McDonald's is offering nine new sauces, but the Szechuan Sauce will only be available at select restaurants for a limited time on Saturday, October 7. The stores will also be giving away posters for the nine sauces, including a not-official-but-obiviously-inspired-by-Rick-and-Morty Szechuan Sauce poster.

Check out the terms of the offering below:

Available at participating restaurants, DINE IN ONLY, NO drive thru, McDelivery or Mobile Order Pay. Available on a first come, first served basis with purchase of a 4, 6 or 10 piece BCT beginning at 2:00pm local time on October 7, 2017 while supplies last. Limit one BCT collectible giveaway per customer. Quantities are limited and may vary by restaurant.

"On Oct 7, together with the collectible sauce-themed posters, we're also giving away a one-time only, limited-edition, run of Szechuan Sauce in select restaurants. And when we say limited, we mean really, really limited! Click below to find out which restaurants will be giving away* the posters, and the select few of those that will also have the Szechuan Sauce on Oct 7."

So check out ButtermilkCrispyTenders.com and search your area to find out if there's a store near you that will be carrying the sauce. If there isn't any location nearby that's offering that sweet Szechuan goodness, maybe reach out to Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland? That guy has a whole jug of it.
