Supergirl aired a new episode on The CW at 8 p.m. ET, going up against a solid slate of CBS sitcoms, The Voice and Dancing with the Stars. Even in the face of competition, Supergirl stayed steady with 1.86 million viewers, posting a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic. The episode was followed by freshman military series Valor (1.2 mil/0.3), which also held its numbers.

Fox’s X-Men series The Gifted (3.4 mil/1.1) was steady from last week, even though it had a solid lead-in from Lucifer (3.7 mil/1.1) which saw a slight rise.

Over on CBS, a shakeup to the comedy schedule helped bring numbers up a bit from last week’s network low. Kevin Can Wait (6.3 mil/1.2) was steady, while Superior Donuts (5.4 mil/1.0) and Scorpion (5.1 mil/0.8) ticked up. A rerun of The Big Bang Theory (5.9 mil/1.1) posted solid numbers, and 9JKL (4.4 mil/0.8) noticed another drop in its audience, posting series lows.

The Voice (9.4 mil/1.9) started things off for NBC, with its two-hour episode leading the night in the demo audience. The competition was followed by The Brave (5.2 mil/1.0) which saw a significant rise from last week.

Pending the adjustment due to the NFL’s Monday Night Football game, Dancing with the Stars (9.9 mil/1.4) was steady while ABC’s Luke Bryan special grabbed another six million viewers.
