We know that Spider-Man will soon be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the details remain unclear. While he's scheduled for a solo film in 2017, we're still unclear about the possibility of him showing up in a movie ahead of that, or what role he would play in the upcoming Civil War movie and storyline.

IGN asked Marvel's Captain America, Chris Evans, if he'd like to see Cap mentor Spider-Man, who will be brought into the universe as a teenaged Peter Parker.

"Sure," Evans says. "I like seeing Cap play mentor to anybody, you know what I mean? He's been through so much, and I think he's a good man, so anytime he can take anybody under his wing I think would be great. I hope Marvel pulls that off."

Avengers: Age of Ultron opens May 1.
