Joe Russo: "You're Probably Going To See Wakanda" In Marvel's Captain America: Civil War

During a Wizard World New Orleans panel for Captain America: Civil War, directors Joe and Anthony Russo were asked if we'll see Wakanda, the home of Black Panther/T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) which is a technologically advanced African nation that has isolated itself from much of the world.

Anthony responded to the question first by going into a long spiel about how he doesn't want to spoil the film and then stressed how Black Panther has a "very important part in the story" and an "amazing arc." He concluded by saying, "Whether or not Wakanda is involved in it remains on the table."

But before the next fan could ask them a question, Joe leaped in and explained that Anthony would have simply said "no" if Wakanda wasn't in the film. "If you're going to see Wakanda, we go, 'Listen, we can't tell you whether or not you're going to see Wakanda,'" he said. "You're probably going to see Wakanda."

Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. Get ready to pick a side and join the nonstop action playing out on two fronts when Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War opens in U.S. theaters on May.

Captain America: Civil War will arrive in theaters on May 6, 2016.

So assuming that we are going to see Wakanda, and what Chris has said about "following bad guys into other countries", I believe the Crossbones but and IFID are in Wakanda.
