Star Wars Episode 7 Exclusive: Boba Fett Wants To Sort Out Differences With Han Solo In Sequel

When last we saw Boba Fett in Return of Jedi, he was seemingly headed to his death in the Sarlacc pit, after Han Solo accidentally bumped into him igniting his jet pack. However, everyone knows that in the movies, things are not always as they seem. Despite his apparent death, many Star Wars fans are hopeful that Boba Fett will return in future Star Wars movies. Actor Harrison Ford has already reportedly expressed his interest in returning as Han Solo for a Star Wars sequel. Could Han Solo and Boba Fett meet again in Star Wars Episode 7? Comicbook.com recently got in touch with Jeremy Bulloch, the actor who played Boba Fett, and we asked him about his thoughts on the Disney acquisition and Star Wars Episode 7. Comicbook.com: Did you know about Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm in advance? Jeremy Bulloch: No it was quite a surprise Comicbook.com: What are your general thoughts on Disney buying Lucasfilm? Jeremy Bulloch:  I think that Disney will make sure that Star Wars is in good hands. Comicbook.com: Were you aware that George Lucas was planning Star Wars Episode 7 before Disney made the official announcement? Jeremy Bulloch: It was a complete shock to me. I honestly thought that Episode 7 was a distant memory. Comicbook.com: Have you been approached about reprising your role as Boba Fett in any upcoming Star Wars sequels? Jeremy Bulloch: No, I have had no call from the Sarlacc pit. Comicbook.com: Would you be interested in reprising your role as Boba Fett in Star Wars Episode 7? Jeremy Bulloch:  I think anyone would like to be asked to play Boba Fett. If I was asked then of course I would say yes. Comicbook.com: Do you have any thoughts on what you would like to see as the plot for Star Wars Episode 7? Would you like to see the entire original cast return? Jeremy Bulloch: First of all I would like to see Boba Fett get out of the Sarlacc as quickly as possible. Maybe a meeting with Han Solo to sort out their differences. Episode 7 has so many possibilities. I don't know about the original cast coming back. It would be nice to see all the favorite characters appear but if this happens then the story must be strong and make sense. Comicbook.com: Are there any upcoming appearances, books, or other ventures that you are involved in that you would like to let your many fans know about? Jeremy Bulloch:  I have my book Flying Solo which is limited to 2000 copies. I get invited all over the world to events and in Brazil they love Boba. I am involved in a cartoon series called Max's adventures where I voice an Owl. I have been working as an actor for 55 years and still love it.
