Futurama Season Seven Preview: Fry's Dead, But His Dog's Alive

by Russ Burlingame

A three-minute sizzle reel from the upcoming seventh season of Futurama has debuted online (embedded below) and gives fans a few tantalizing images as to what's to come this year.

A shape-shifting monster who consumes his targets, a grisly death for the series' main character (something tells us he gets better) and rainbow-colored teeth are just the beginning--although for many fans, it will be the appearance of Fry's beloved dog, who starred in the most heartbreaking half-hour in the history of television, that raises eyebrows.

The Planet Express crew returns to Comedy Central this summer with all-new episodes.
