The Wolverine International Poster Released

A new, Spanish-language poster for James Mangold's The Wolverine was released earlier today, showcasing Hugh Jackman and the results of his much-hated "Wolverine diet." It first appeared in Cine1. The film, which is set after the events of X-Men: The Last Stand, features a Wolverine who's alienated from the X-Men and alone in Japan, haunted by visions of the past and, at one point in the film at least, stripped of his mortality. Rumor has it there will be a post-credits sequence that will tie into X-Men: Days of Future Past. Whether that time-travel epic will be Jackman's final outing as the character is as yet unknown. It's the last movie on his contract, but word is there's another Wolverine solo film already in development, and it's difficult to imagine a quick turnaround after losing Jackman, who has defined the role for more than a decade over what will be 7 movies by the time Future Past hits theaters.
