is shooting pick-up shots in Montreal, according the director Bryan Signer's Twitter feed. The director posted a photo of himself to Twitter with the status update: "Back in Montreal for pick ups. #XMen #DOFP" For those unfamiliar, pick-up shots are extra, minor shots taken after the main filming of a movie is finished. The shots are used to augment and enhance other footage in the film. It is different from a re-shoot, where an entire scene is scrapped and shot again from the beginning. The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class in an epic battle that must change the past - to save our future. X-Men: Days of Future Past comes to theaters May 23, 2014.
