WestJet, whose planes are being customized to bear the Frozen look, produced a short YouTube video of the process.

“The newest custom-painted aircraft to join the WestJet fleet features Anna, Elsa and Olaf from the beloved Disney movie, Frozen,” says the video’s caption. “WestJetters worked with Disney Artists to design this cool new livery which comes to life in this time-lapse video.”

According to the official write-up, “Over 170 gallons of paint were used to create the cold-to-warm scene on the Disney Frozen-themed plane. There were 23 colours used in the design and sparkles were added to sections of the paint to show movement as the aircraft flies through the sky. A team of painters came together from Canada, the United States and Germany to bring this livery to life.”

The interior has detailing that reflects the season, completing the Frozen package so that it isn’t just people who see you moving through the sky who will have the experience.
