American Horror Story Season 6: Bathing Beauty & Pitch A Fit Promos

FX has released new promos for the upcoming sixth season of AmericanHorror Story.

The first promo, seen above, features a toothy creature with long hair in the shape of the season's logo lying face first over the edge of a bathtub. The second teaser features a pitchfork being drag across a wood floor.

These are just the latest promos in a long series. FX has admitted that the teasers are misdirects meant to obscure the true theme of American Horror Story Season 6, which hasn't yet been revealed. As such, the season's logo remains a question mark.

American Horror Story is an anthology horror-drama series created and produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. The Emmy and Golden Globe-winning franchise is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television.

The sixth season will feature Evan Peters (X-Men: Days of Future Past), Kathy Bates (Misery), Denis O'Hare (True Blood), Angela Bassett (How Stella Got Her Groove Back), Sarah Paulson (The People Vs. O.J. Simpson), Wes Bentley (Ghost Rider), Finn Wittrock (The Big Short), Matt Bomer (The Nice Guys), Cheyenne Jackson (Behind the Candelabra), Leslie Jordan (Will & Grace), and Lady Gaga (Sin City: A Dame to Kill For).

The sixth installment of American Horror Story will premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10/9c.
