Emma Stone has won the Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy at the 74th Golden Globe Awards.

The accomplished actress was up against Annette Bening in 20th Century Women, Lily Collins in Rules Don't Apply, Haillee Steinfeld in The Edge of Seventeen, and Meryl Streep in Florence Foster Jenkins.


While Stone accepted the award, she said, "This is a film for dreamers. Hope and creativity are two of the most important things in the world."
