Star-Lord, Gamora, and their team will reappear once again in next year’s Avengers: Infinity War, fighting alongside Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a battle against Thanos and his Black Order.

And with all of the secrecy surrounding the production of the latest Avengers film, people are hanging onto every word to the press and scouring the actors’ social media posts for any information they can.

Michael Rooker, who is heavily rumored to appear in the film as Yondu, might know a thing about that and he’s keeping his lips sealed.

The actor was asked about his involvement during an interview with ScreenCrush in promotion of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and he was unsurprisingly coy about whether or not he’s even teasing his role in the third Avengers movie.

I’ve seen on your Instagram account you sort of teasing; hanging around in Atlanta, wearing Avengers Infinity War hats and so on. Will we see Yondu again?
What do you mean teasing?

Well, you’re wearing hats with names on them. You’re covering the logo, but not very well.
I know. It’s fun stuff, isn’t it? I don’t know if that’s true or real life, you know? I love hats and every now and then someone will come up to me and put a piece of tape over me. That’s all I can say.

Okay, so the answer is “I love hats”?
I love hats.

To quickly recap, Rooker posted a photo of himself ordering coffee while wearing an Avengers: Infinity War beanie at a location near where the production was shooting in Atlanta at the time. He then posted another photo in his trailer with people covering their faces, and this time he had tape covering the still-recognizable Infinity War embroidering.

Did Rooker get in trouble for spilling the beans? We probably will never find out due to the legal nature of non-disclosure agreements, but it’s still fun to speculate either way.

The actor can next be seen reprising his role as Yondu this Friday when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 premieres in theaters.
