Prior to launch the makers of Prey promised full support for the PlayStation 4 Pro, but the enhancements seemed to be missing when the game arrived last month. Since then, the Bethesda and developer Arkane Studios have been wishy washy about PS4 Pro support, claiming the game already was Pro enhanced, and refusing to provide any details about future functionality. I suppose Arkane was too busy squashing bugs, like the one that corrupted save files or the other one that let people duplicate crafting materials, to worry about prettying up the game.

Well, Prey has just released a new update, and, lo and behold, it quietly adds a bunch of new PS4 Pro features! Better textures, lighting, and general “improved visual fidelity” have all been added.
