This coming Tuesday, the fourth batch of DLC will drop for Draon Ball Xenoverse 2. DLC 4 will bring arguably the most powerful being in the entire Dragon Ball universe to the game. We’re talking, of course, about SSGSS (Super Saiyan Blue) Vegito. I may be a little bit biased because Vegito and future Trunks have always been my favorite characters, but come one, who can win in a fight against SSGSS Vegito? Fused Zamasu will also be joining the party.

In addition to these two new powerful characters, DLC 4 will also introduce a new “Warrior of Hope” storyline. That’d be enough, but Bandai Namco isn’t done yet. We’re also getting a brand new stage, new parallel quests, new consumes and ultimate skills, and more. The TP Medal Shop will also be hosting some additional free content: new costumes, new attacks, and two new raid quest bosses. Season Pass owners are going to get their money’s worth out of this one.

And speaking of Season Pass owners, we’re starting to realize that all of this DLC has added an enormous amount of content to the base Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 experience. Many players were hoping that when the game finally made its way to the Nintendo Switch (likely on September 7), it would contain all of the previously released DLC — since the game came out late and all.

Apparently that’s not the case, and to be honest, I can understand why. Sure the game is coming to Nintendo’s console almost a year later, but the amount of DLC Bandai Namco has supplied since launch is impressive, and they’re not done yet. Switch owners will, however, be receiving the entire Time Patrol campaign from the first Xenoverse as a bonus.

At any rate, for players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC 4 will be dropping on June 27. If you haven’t played the game yet, it’s currently discounted by 50% through the Steam Summer Sale. You can get the game for $24.99, or the Deluxe Edition (which will entitle you to all of this wonderful DLC) for only $47.98.
