With ecstatic reviews helping to buoy the film after four weeks of release, Wonder Woman beat out Cars 3 for the weekend’s #2 spot at the domestic box office and is now officially on pace to beat out Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad in North America.

The odds that the film — now pacing for around $675 million — will overtake its DC Extended Universe stablemates at the global box office (where Suicide Squad earned $745 million and Batman v Superman took in just shy of $875 million) are slim, but the Gal Gadot-starring blockbuster has outperformed nearly every standard set for it, so anything seems possible.

The film, which has already passed Man of Steel at the box office, also recently topped Mamma Mia! as the highest-grossing live-action movie ever directed by a woman.

Before it passes Suicide Squad it will also have to beat out the first two Iron Man movies.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, Princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman is directed by Patty Jenkins and is written by Allan Heinberg, Geoff Johns, and Zack Snyder. The film stars Gal Gadot (Diana Prince/Wonder Woman), Chris Pine (Steve Trevor), Robin Wright (General Antiope), Connie Nielsen (Queen Hippolyta), David Thewlis, Elena Anaya, Lucy Davis (Etta Candy), Danny Huston, Ewen Bremmer, Doutzen Kroes, Samantha Jo (Euboea), Florence Kasumba (Senator Acantha), Said Taghmaoui, Eleanor Matsuura (Epione), Emily Carey (Young Diana), and Lisa Loven Kongsli (Menalippe).
