The next shot is of Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), suggesting that Quill is who Korath is speaking to. Of course, they’re not seen in the same shot, so that could just be a trick of editing.
Next we get another shot of Korath the Pursuer. It looks like he’s doing some pursuing in a pretty rainy and alien looking environment, likely one of the exotic worlds the film will visit.
