Arrow Storyboard Offers the First Glimpse Into Season Three

The show, which will feature Black Canary, The Atom and Arsenal this year, sees Oliver square off against a threat that’s apparently returned to Starling, either from Oliver’s past or from the city’s. Nobody knows just yet who the season’s big bad is, but we do know that the relationship between Thea Queen and Malcolm Merlyn will continue to be explored, and we’ll get a new Count Vertigo in the premiere.

Arrow returns on October 8, just prior to the launch of New York Comic Con.
