In Guggenheim’s flashback tale, which Peter Krause will illustrate, Matt Murdock will have to defend a murderer in court after just apprehending him as Daredevil the day before. Despite his high profile in the television world, Guggenheim is no stranger to writing comics. He has written for Marvel and DC Comics over the past several years, working on characters like The Flash, Wolverine, Punisher Batman, and several more.
Daredevil #15.1 will also be headlined by series regulars Mark Waid and Chris Samnee. Samnee will illustrate a story written by Waid, while also writing and illustrating his own story for the first time.
