Have you (like everyone else) been fan-casting the next James Bond like crazy in the months leading up to Spectre? Well, not so fast my friend. As it turns out, Daniel Craig has one more film on his contract after the movie. In a profile from DailyMail, they talk about Craig’s career, and his contract, which includes movies number 24 and 25 of the franchise – Spectre and the unnamed next film.

“It’s an honour to play him,” Craig told the Mail. “I get such a big kick out of doing it.” He noted that he enjoyed getting to “wipe the slate clean” with his first film, Casino Royale, which served as a soft reboot of the franchise.
The actor loves Bond’s “inner conflict,” and said that “a good story goes a long way” to keeping Bond fresh for fifty years. Well, that and one other thing: “Blow shit up every half an hour. That’s how it’s done.”
He’s not looking to the end just yet. “I’m contracted for one more – but I’m not going to make predictions,” Craig said. “It’s getting harder, but such is life. I’ll keep going as long as I’m physically able.” Ultimately, Craig appreciates the role of James Bond, and is happy to have the opportunity at all.
“I remember saying, “If this is the last thing I do in my career, then that would be OK” because come on โ it’s not that bad a role to have under your belt.”
Spectre, the next film in the James Bond 007 franchise, hits theaters November 7, 2015.
