Ever since Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters got the go-ahead from Sony Pictures, people have been wondering if the film would use the classic Ray Parker Jr. theme song or if it too would be rebooted. Now, we know the answer.

Peter Wentz confirmed on Twitter that his band, Fall Out Boy, and the rap/hip hop superstar Missy Elliott have collaborated on a cover of Ray Parker Jr.’s theme song.

Parker Jr.’s catchy theme song for the 1984 Ghostbusters was a huge. It skyrocketed to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and clung to the top spot for three weeks in a row. It even earned Parker Jr. an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song.

The film is directed by Paul Feig (The Heat, Bridesmaids), written by Feig and Katie Dippold, and produced by Ivan Reitman and Amy Pascal. Feig, Jessie Henderson, Tom Pollock, Joe Medjuck, Ali Bell, Michele Imperato Stabile, and Dan Aykroyd are its executive producers. The cast features Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, Charles Dance, Michael Kenneth Williams and Chris Hemsworth.
Ghostbusters is due in theaters July 15, 2016.
