As Peter Parker’s main “Secret Wars” series, “Renew Your Vows” finds the wall- crawler and Mary Jane married once more, and with child to boot. In a tip of the hat to Spider-Man’s prior continuity, before Marvel undid his Marriage (via Mephisto) in 2008’s “One More Day” storyline, this universe’s Spider-Man must once again balance the pressures of fighting crime while tending to a family.
