Roman Reigns Defeats Dean Ambrose To Win WWE Championship

After a grueling match with his “brother” Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns has finally won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series. After winning the Royal Rumble, and failing to win at Wrestlemania, Reigns finally won the “Big One” with huge fanfare including confetti and pyro.

This is Reigns’ first reign as world champion. Following the win, WWE’s CCO, HHH, came out to celebrate the new champ. However, not all was sunshine and rainbows as Reigns put an exclamation point on his win by spearing his boss. It wasn’t until then, it all went downhill for Reigns. Sheamus’ music hit, and the Roman Empire was over before it began. Sheamus cashed in his Money In The Bank contract and became the new WWE Champion.
