Not quite lucky enough to get the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens sets you were hoping for this holiday? At least you can watch us build two of them and decide whether or not you want to go buy them now!

In our latest LEGO Unboxing and Building video, we dive into Rey’s Speeder and the First Order Transporter. Both of these sets will be much more appreciated for fans who have watched Star Wars: The Force Awakens, especially the Transporter having seen it in action.

The two sets are very different. Rey’s Speeder, which prices in at only $19.99, contains 193 pieces and the latest fan favorite character of the Star Wars franchise: Rey. Her speeder, which was seen in the very first trailer for Episode VII, is one of the first things we see after meeting her character and is an integral part of her early development.

The set nails the details and even offers up a slight hovering appearance with some clear, flat bricks plugged into its bottom. One thing which may have made it even better would have been to include Unkar himself, the alien who offers Rey her portions in exchange for parts, rather than one of his thugs. The reasoning behind this may have been to keep the character a surprise for the film seeing as these sets released prior to December 18.

The First Order Transporter, on the other hand, contains a small army of Stormtroopers, their chromed-out leader Captain Phasma, and a pair of Resistance Soldiers ready for battle. The 792 piece set is ideal for hardcore Star Wars fans – those who loved Episode VII and want a complete collection.
