Five seasons and more than a hundred episodes into his own series, Arrow star Stephen Amell still wants to get a cameo in before the end of Supernatural.

During a Facebook Live event Amell posted earlier tonight, a fan rooted for Arrow to run for more than ten years. After acknowledging that such a feat would allow them to pass Smallville but not Supernatural, Amell said that, yes, he’d like to appear on Supernatural.
“God, I hope so, before it’s done,” Amell said, and then addressed series stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles directly, saying, “I’ll take a day rate, walk on. As long as I’m murdered — horribly — preferably not by Mischa [Collins], but by one of you two.”
Another recent video posted to Amell’s Facebook page glanced over the idea, as well, when he talked about characters he had played before Arrow, listing them off with “R.I.P.,” and including “R.I.P. the background character I’ll eventually play on Supernatural” in the list.
Recently, it was revealed that Supernatural actually almost crossed over with Smallville. There are always half-joking questions at Television Critics Association panels and the like about the prospect of the veteran drama joining the ever-growing DC/CW crossovers, although nobody seems to have seriously discussed the idea.
