If you’ve been humming Justice League‘s version of “Come Together” since the release of the film’s first official trailer, then you’re in luck.

Gary Clark Jr. debuted his full cover of The Beatles’ song on a recent episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers. You can check it out below.
Clark Jr. recorded “Come Together” with the help of Junkie XL, the fan-favorite composer on films such as Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Deadpool, and Mad Max: Fury Road. Junkie XL (a.k.a. Tom Holenborg) was set to score Justice League as well, but was “replaced” by Danny Elfman. Still, Junkie XL’s influence – as well as Clark Jr.’s award-winning vocals – will certainly be felt in the film, if this performance is any indication.
Justice League‘s soundtrack has been a hot topic amongst DC Extended Universe fans, especially after the trailers’ usage of “Come Together” and The White Stripes’ “Icky Thump.” A supposed discography for the soundtrack was put up on IMDb last month, but was quickly removed. The rumored tracks caused quite a stir amongst fans – particularly a certain song called “Unite The Seven”.
We’ll just have to wait and see what Justice League‘s full soundtrack ends up being. But in the meantime, we’re definitely putting this live version on repeat.
Justice League currently enjoys a 4.20 out of 5 on ComicBook.com’s anticipation rankings. Give it your own rating below ahead of its release on November 17, 2017.
