It begins in the DEO headquarters and Martian Manhunter addresses his team. “We have a new prisoner coming in today,” he says. “He’s not our typical guest. So look sharp.”
After that introduction in walks Music Meister, who is handcuffed and being escorted by two DEO agents. He tells Supergirl that he allowed himself to get caught and brought in just so he could meet her. Then he locks eyes with her, his eyes glow a bright blue, as does hers, and she goes into some sort of trance.
He then opens a portal and tells them he is off to go catch The Flash.
