The second season of The Flash, and the fifth season of American Horror Story, are both available for streaming on Netflix.
The Flash release comes at a difficult time for binge-watchers, hoping to catch up on The CW hit before season three.
The third season premiere airs at 8pm ET on Tuesday night, not even 12 hours after season two was added to Netflix. With 22 episodes at 40 minutes apiece, it will take you a few days to get caught up. If you work hard at it this weekend though, you could catch up before the second episode next Tuesday.
That’s a lot of time in front of the television, but we believe in you.
American Horror Story is a little easier to work around schedule-wise. It’s an anthology series, which means each season acts as its own mini-series. The newest season, My Roanoke Nightmare, revolves around a couple’s terrifying move to rural North Carolina. The fifth season, however, is much different.
Titled Hotel, AHS season five was the most sexualized and graphic season of the series. It starred Lady Gaga, as well as popular Horror Story cast members Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson.
Since the two seasons have nothing in common, you could focus on whichever you like. My Roanoke Nightmare is only four episodes in, so it may be wise to catch up on that one first. Once the episodes leave On-Demand, it’ll be another year or so before they are added to Netflix.
Season three of The Flash premieres Tuesday, October 4 at 8pm ET on The CW.
Following the Season 3 premiere of The Flash, ComicBook.com will premiere its all new interactive after show series, Flashback, with special guest Teddy Sears. For more information on where to watch Flashback, click here!
