Earlier this week, Bungie made a drastic u-turn with their latest MMO, Destiny 2, following massive fan backlash regarding transparency. After admitting “we were wrong,” the team is now moving forward towards what’s new for the popular shooter: The upcoming Curse of Osiris DLC, and subsequent season 2.

The latest teaser trailer for the upcoming expansion is the inside look they promised last week about that kind of gear players can look forward to. After many voiced their concerns that the new season had underwhelming drops, Bungie aims to prove that “we ain’t seen nothin’ yet” regarding what kind of loot players can expect. The teaser definitely nails it on the head when looking at what’s to come – even with this simply meant as a teaser and not a full reveal:
It even ends with that infamous mic drop, which is appropriate given that the latest emote was revealed prior to this video. A clever way to show off new additions, even with the simple mechanics that are meant to be more playful. The small teaser goes into the legendaries and exotics, with even a strange light horned helmet that has got us more than just a little intrigued. Guess it’s time to make a Titan …
There are massive changes coming to the world of Destiny 2, as the developers have taken the time to take in the rapid onslaught of fan feedback.
