The country of Uzbekistan is starting to crack down on violent video games, mainly because it feels that it's going against the values that have been pre-set by the government – but it's kind of funny, because one of the games that it banned doesn't even exist yet.

Uzbekistan recently revealed a list of 38 games that have been banned by the country, mainly due to violent content, and most of them are pretty evident, like Call of Duty: Black Ops, Dead Space, Postal 2 and Dead By Daylight. But if you take a look on the list, it's also banned what it deems is the Left 4 Dead "trilogy" – that includes Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2 and, apparently, Left 4 Dead 3 – a game that hasn't even been confirmed yet.

According to Destructoid, these values that the government talked about revolves around games that can be "used to propagate violence, pornography, threaten security and social and political stability."

Perhaps the country is simply jumping on the opportunity to make sure that Left 4 Dead 3 is not welcome in the country if it is indeed announced (and who knows, E3 is just around the corner, it might just be). But it might take a little more time to make sure the list is accurate. There are a couple of misspellings that are bit on the easy side to spot, like Until Down (which is actually Until Dawn) and Kane and Leanch 2: Dog Days (it's Lynch, not Leanch – also, what kind of name is Leanch?).

Social media folks have already begun condemning the ban of certain games, noting that it's a "foolish" move by the government, not to mention a big waste of time considering the other issues that it could be focusing on. And, again, it seems kind of odd it would slapdash together a list that has misspellings and the mention of a game that hasn't even been confirmed yet.

We'll see what comes of this in the coming weeks – and hopefully, we aren't too far off from an actual confirmation of Left 4 Dead 3. We can't wait to start shooting zombies again…while playing in other countries, of course…
