Marvel’s Inhumans is an ambitious new project that’s coming to both television and IMAX movie screens starting this summer, and today we got a first look at the series, with an official photo of the Royal Family, and a lengthy interview with showrunner Scott Buck.

Naturally, as with any big, new, comic book TV show or movie, there has been a immediate and very vocal fan response to the new Inhumans reveals. Here’s how the Internet is Reacting to the First Look at Marvel’s Inhumans.

The Faithful

As always, there are some fans who are jsutย happy to see that they’re Marvel Superheroes are being adapted for the screen with traditional costumes fromย the comics.ย 

The Skeptical

…And, as always, there are those fans who think that the adaptation of the characters is totally off the mark.ย 

All #FAIL The Queen

So far it is Medusa (Serinda Swan) getting the most criticism, with fan taking some pretty savage digs at the character’s costume and hairdo.ย 

Long Live The Jaw!

While this first look at the Inhumansย Royal Family is a nice treat, it does neglect to give Marvel fans what theyย trulyย want!ย 

More Inhumans

The first two episode of Marvel’s The Inhumans (directed by Roel Reine) will premiere in over 1,000 IMAX theatres across the globe โ€” for a two-week run โ€” starting on September 1, 2017. ABC will then premiere the weekly television series on Tuesday, September 26. Marvel’s Iron Fist showrunner Scott Buck is serving as its showrunner.

Marvel’s The Inhumans stars Anson Mount, Serinda Swan, Iwan Rheon, Ken Leung, Eme Ikwuakor, Isabelle Cornish, Mike Moh, Sonya Balmores and Ellen Woglom.
