Artist Reimagines A Goldeneye Classic With Unreal 4 Engine


There's just something about testing your friends' patience while you do a few rounds of GoldenEye using only Proximity Mines. Ah, that brings me back...

While there's been a loose remake of the legendary shooter, nothing quite tugs at the nostalgic heartstrings like the Nintendo 64 classic. Artist Jude Wilson recreated the "Facility" level using the Unreal Engine 4, giving the almost 20 year-old classic a facelift. Check it out below.


While no characters or scenarios were remade, Wilson created the level as part of his portfolio as an environment artist. Pretty neat, huh?
