Jerry Maguire and Stand By Me star Jerry O'Connell joins the cast of Justice League: Throne of Atlantis as Superman, stepping in to replace Alan Tudyk from Justice League: War, while Rosario Dawson will voice Wonder Woman, replacing Michelle Monaghan, according to a cast list made available at TV Guide.

Justin Kirk's Green Lantern is also out, replaced by returning DC Universe animation veteran Nathan Fillion. Sumalee Montano, who played Katana in Beware the Batman, will play Mera.

Dawson, who will reprise her most famous comics role as tough-as-nails prostitute Gail in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For next month, previously voiced Artemis in the Wonder Woman animated movie. She has been cast in an as-yet-undisclosed role in Marvel's Daredevil.

O'Connell has appeared in DC Universe animated shorts as Shazam, a role filled in Throne of Atlantis by Sean Astin.

Justice League: Throne of Atlantis will be out on streaming services in early 2015.
