New Walking Dead Season 6 Key Art Released

Walkers (and Wolves) beware. AMC has released a new image in preparation for The Walking Dead's sixth season.

Looks like things might be heating up in Alexandria - or maybe the smoke monster from LOST is paying a visit - but I'm going with the prior. Smokey plumes are never a good sign in a residential area, so let's hope Rick and his revolver are lighting up the Wolves' community. Is that a rifle in his right hand?

AMC also released an image of the two emerging Alexandria leaders, Rick Grimes and Morgan Jones, walking along the edge of town. Such a nice touch to have the ever loyal Father Gabriel's church in the background. Will there actually be a power struggle between Rick and Morgan or was the trailer manipulated to make us assume so?

The Walking Dead returns October 11 at 9 PM EST on AMC.
