Filmmaker Patrick H. Willems has put together a clever short film, What If Ingmar Bergman Directed The Flash?

Think of it like those Just Imagine Stan Lee Creating... comics, except with a dead, Swedish auteur filmmaker.

Which, let's be honest, would probably be an improvement.

Willems has something of a cottage industry going for these things on YouTube, with Aquaman: the Teen DramaGCPD, a Gotham City-set parody of The OC, and What If Sergio Leone Directed The Punisher?

That last is quite good, but not as bizzare and out-of-place as the Bergman gag.

You can see all of these by clicking over to Willems' YouTube page.

For a movie about the fastest man alive, the obvious choice to direct would be the filmmaker behind such classics as THE SEVENTH SEAL, WILD STRAWBERRIES, and SCENES FROM A MARRIAGE.
