Marvel Comics has released a preview of The Punisher #4, shipping this April from the creative team of writer Nathan Edmondson and artist Mitch Gerads. The Punisher has moved out to Los Angeles and the local gang, the Dos Soles, are not happy to have him around. You wouldn't think that would be much of a problem for a guy like the Punisher, but it seems the Dos Soles have an ace up their sleeve: Electro. Here's the official synopsis:
