The Wizard World Raleigh Comic Con has revealed their exclusive variant to The Walking Dead #1 by Dean Haspiel.
The variant, which is the fifth in a series of Wizard World exclusive variants for the issue, will be available to all Wizard World Raleigh registrants when the show hits between March 13-15. VIP attendees to the event will also receive a black and white edition of the cover.
Dean Haspiel, a notable indie comics artist, is best-known for his comic series Billy Dogma. He is also known for illustrating Harvery Pekar's acclaimed series American Splendor and graphic novel The Quitter. He has been nominated for multiple Eisner Awards and won an Emmy Award in 2010 for TV Design Work.
Haspiel will be in Wizard World Raleigh's artist alley to sign copies of the variant.
