Will Wolverine have to wear a hairpiece when he (we assume) appears in X-Men: Apocalypse?
It seems likely after star Hugh Jackman revealed his new look today on Instagram (embedded below).
"Blackbeard is born," says Hugh Jackman in the caption for this selfie, which shows the X-Men and Les Miserables star with a shaven head and prodigious facial hair in preparation for Joe Wright's Pan, in which Jackman will play the villain.
The film will also star Garrett Hedlund, Rooney Mara and Amanda Seyfried, with newcomer Levi Miller playing Peter.
Pan will take theaters on July 17, 2015 -- the date originally slated for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and the current release date for Marvel's Ant-Man.
