Netflix has been on an original programming rampage over the last few years. They’ve released several hits from Marvel Studios (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage), the Emmy-Winning juggernaut House Of Cards, and the ever-popular dark comedy Orange Is The New Black.

The streaming service has also made waves with series like Stranger Things, Narcos, and The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

Netflix has seemed to crush every series they touch, and fans are hoping their new series’ will follow the pattern. Marvel’s Iron Fist and Lemony Snicket’s Series Of Unfortunate Events are both slated to release on Netflix in the near future, and both are expected to be enormous hits.

While Netflix has been kown to create invigorating dramas, they have done extremely well in the adult comedy game too. Master Of None as received critical acclaim, and BoJack Horseman, an animated series, has become somewhat of a phenomenon among young adults.

It’s looking like Netflix is going to double down on that effort, as they’ve just announced a new adult animated series that will release later this year.

Plugged as an Australian version of the FX hit Archer, Pacific Heat looks to be a wild romp of crime-fighting with the world’s most off-beat police force.

The series will debut on December 2, 2016, and is a Netflix original series. The studio released a trailer with this announcement, and it looks to be one of the funnier shows Netflix has produced.

Fighting terrorist, stopping drug cartels, and picking sarcastic arguments with your co-workers seem to be all in a days work for the officers of Pacific Heat.
