EXCLUSIVE: Killjoys S2E8 Clip: Aaron Ashmore's Johnny Meets an Old Friend

In this clip from season two, episode eight of Killjoys, airing tonight, we see Johnny meet up with an old... "friend" from days long past.

The real draw of the clip, though, is the pure, lighthearted humor! With everything that's happened to these characters, it would be easy to see them be nothing but downtrodden and lost, but Johnny's grin and poking at Pawter is a welcome tone for fans. The official logline for the episode, entitled "Full Metal Monk" reads:

"Clues from Khlyen's Red 17 transmission lead Dutch, D'avin and Alvis to an old research facility on Arkyn while Johnny and Pawter try to rally outside support in the impending war for Westerly."

Killjoys season one ended in a literally explosive fashion, and in the first seven episodes of the second season, things have only gotten more tense. As we rocket toward the conclusion of the season, it only looks like that's all going to shoot towards another possible big boom - but at least there's some fun (like this scene) along the way.

Killjoys airs Friday nights at 9pm on Syfy.
