The Strain fans now have a way to let out their creative energy while waiting for the Season 3 premiere, or while giving Season 2 another binge. ComicBook.com can exclusive announce that Fox Home Entertainment today launched the Color the Strain website, an online The Strain-themed coloring book, in celebration of The Strain Season 2’s upcoming home media release.

To celebrate the upcoming release of The Strain Season 2 on August 23rd, Fox Home Ent. is proud to debut The Strain interactive online coloring book. Colorthestrain.com gives fans a unique opportunity to add their own spin on their favorite #FightOrDie moments from Season 2. Available across desktop, tablet or mobile devices, you can get as creative as you’d like. Share your masterpiece with friends socially or print out your favorite scene and show your artistic skills. Look for The Strain Season 2 on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD and tune in to FX on August 28th for the Season 3 premiere.

The Strain is also at San Diego Comic-Con 2016 this week. On Thursday, July 21, a booth signing for The Strain will be held from 2 p.m. โ€“ 2:45 p.m. at the Fox booth on the convention floor. The signing will be followed by The Strain panel at 3:15 p.m. in Ballroom 20, featuring showrunner Carlton Cuse, co-creator Chuck Hogan, and stars Kevin Durand (“Vasiliy Fet”), Ruta Gedmintas (“Dutch Velders”), Richard Sammel (“Thomas Eichhorst”) and Miguel Gomez (“Augustin ‘Gus’ Elizalde”). Fans can also take their photo with a 25-foot tall “infected” Lady Liberty at the FXhibition located at the Hilton Bayfront Park.

The Strain returns to FX on Aug. 28, 2016.
