The Season 6 finale of Game of Thrones, titled “The Winds of Winter,” airs tonight on HBO. The episode takes its name from the still unreleased sixth book in George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire fantasy novel series, on which Game of Thrones is based.
HBO has not released a synopsis for “The Winds of Winter.” The episode is written by Executive Producers David Benioff & D.B. Weiss and directed by Miguel Sapochnik.
