HGTV and Food Network classics are coming to the site, Atlanta will be streaming very soon, Marvel’s Runaways got a trailer, and The Handmaid’s Tale was given an early season 2 renewal.
In the next big reveal of the day, Hulu announced that This Is Us, one of the year’s biggest hits, will be exclusively streamed on the site. In what is being called a record-breaking deal, Hulu beat out the likes of Netflix and Amazon for the exclusive right to the series.

The current season episodes have been on Hulu throughout the season, but it looks like they will stay there going forward. Both Hulu and NBC subscribers will be able to view the episodes after they have aired.
Fox Television Group chairmen and CEOs Dana Walden and Gary Newman released this statement about the deal.
“Dan Fogelman’s This Is Us is an extraordinary series that grew in viewership throughout its acclaimed first season, and we think it has the potential to expand its audience even further. This groundbreaking deal offers unprecedented access to consumers on multiple platforms, from Hulu to the apps of our network partner NBC, creating opportunity for viewers to find, catch up and experience again every incredible episode. It’s an exciting deal which is a ‘win’ for all our companies but for fans of this fantastic television show most of all.”
The numbers for the overall deal haven’t been disclosed yet, but the per-episode fee is rumored to be a groundbreaking number.
Now, fans of This Is Us will never have to search for episodes of the series; it will be on Hulu for all to enjoy.
