If it isn’t, it’s just cool fan art. Either way, Elba is getting into the spirit of the film on social media.
Elba won the coveted role and will star opposite Matthew McConaughey, who was offered the role of the Man in Black in The Dark Tower around the same time as he was offered Randall Flagg in The Stand at another studio. Ironically, in the world of Stephen King’s novels, those characters are generally understood to be different aspects of the same antagonist.
