Other than Michael Crichton writing both stories upon which they were based, HBO's latest sci-fi epic Westworld and Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park have quite a few things in common, as CollegeHumor points out in a recent video.

Idealistic old British men, parks full of deadly creations, and the concept of "safety" are only the beginning of the similarities between the two Crichton stories. What's with these park founders and their God complexes? Don't they realize resurrecting dinosaurs using amphibian DNA or creating lifelike robots that can fire guns could result in disaster?
