The newest Disney park is opening this summer, as Disney Parks and Resorts unveils the majestic new park in Shanghai, China. Disney’s own ABC News has posted a video tour of the park ahead of its official opening (previews have started already) on June 16, 2016, and the video is absolutely stunning.

A soaring aerial tour shows off the new Pirates of the Caribbean themed land before going up a towering waterfall. The brand-new castle, always the centerpiece of a Disneyland park is revealed, mixing classic French-based fairytale architecture with a unique Chinese flare. The heavily anticipated Tron lightcycle ride looks like it thrills every rider as it hurls them through a unique indoor/outdoor glass structure. A river that encircles much of the park drifts boats along Mulan and Little Mermaid features, and some of the other rollercoasters are showcased. Finally, it’s time for a celebration, as the parade, with Mulan of course front-and-center, and a signature Disney fireworks spectacular cap it all off.

Disney Chief Bob Iger has been touting the “authentically Disney but distinctly Chinese” unofficial slogan for the park since its major unveiling at D23 Expo last August, and it looks to be paying off that way. Tickets are on sale now for the official opening and beyond.
