Fear The Walking Dead: Who Dies In Date Of Death?

With only three episode remaining in Fear the Walking Dead's second season, death feels like it is just getting closer and closer. Not to mention, Madison drew a gigantic target on her group's back when she lit up their sanctuary like an invitational flare to conlcude last week's Pillar of Salt episode.

Heading into the thirteenth episode of the season, an ominous title seems to offer up a tease of dark roads ahead (or the end of the road, for that matter). The hour is called Date of Death.

With Madison's group becoming a target, Nick messing with gangsters in Tijuana, and Travis and Ofelia out and about strolling the apocalypse individually, death could be lurking around any corner at any moment for the characters of Fear the Walking Dead.

So, who's in danger and who is safe...

Madison- Danger. Madison consistently seems to be the least equipped for survival in the zombie apocalypse. How many bad, awful, flat out stupid choices can she make before they cost her or someone else?

Strand- Danger. Strand is one of the most valuable members of the group but his recent injury is proving to be life threatening. Sure, medical supplies might help, but how much good can they do without a doctor? Unless a doctor saw the hotel lights... That would be convenient.

Alicia- Safe. Her skills as a survivor continue to evolve. She's cutting down zombies left and right. Still, humans could pose a major threat to her, especially with a bunch likely headed her way, but the newly formed pact with Oscar's group gives her plenty more time to work on that.

Ofelia- Safe. Clearly, she has evolved as we saw in Pillar of Salt, though she seems to have had enough of our group and will head out in search of her ex-boyfriend.

Nick- Safe. Nick continues to show his survival and adaptability skills. Plus, he's the most interesting character on the show revealing some of the most interesting story points in La Colonia.

Luciana- Danger. Nick pissed off the gangsters a couple of weeks ago. Now, Nick cares for Luciana. That makes her leverage for when they decide they don't want to deal with Nick's way of doing business.

Alejandro- Danger. Those same gangsters are getting skimped on their drug drops courtesy of Nick's new way of making pills. That won't come down on Nick like it will the pharmacist, putting a question of morality on Nick as to whether he should come clean to save him in such a situation of remain behind the curtain.

Travis- Safe. Given the all-in bet on Chris dying, it's unlikely that the entire remaining Manawa family will bow out.

Chris- Danger. A constant threat to others, including his own father, will likely prove a Shane Walsh style outing is ahead for Chris.
