Seth Rollins is one of the premiere talents in WWE, but he's developing quite a list of injured sparring partners in the ring.

All of them have come as a result of this turnbuckle powerbomb, and that list grew to include The Demon King Finn Balor. The two had a match over the Universal Championship at SummerSlam, which Finn went on to win. After taking the turnbuckle powerbomb from Rollins mid-match, Balor dislocated his shoulder, which he then popped back in to finish the match.

That's pretty impressive, but unfortunately, after doctors had a closer look, it turns out he suffered a labrum tear in his shoulder. He would require surgery, and is expected to be out for six months.

WWE legend Bret Hart, who counts himself as a fan of Rollins but has been very critical of his "reckless" style in the past, was asked by Wrestlezone about the situation with Balor and didn't miss an opportunity to support his previous stance.

"I take no great pleasure in saying "I told you so," but if you're a professional wrestler and you keep hurting opponents and or yourself, clearly you're doing it wrong. I wrestled a very realistic and physical style and not once in 23 yrs did I ever hurt one opponent ever. Seth Rollins needs to improve his technique and become the safest wrestler in the business. I have great respect for Seth. I believe he'll improve and hopefully stop hurting the talent before someone gets killed. Wrestlers have to trust one another. If a wrestler holds the life of another wrestler in his hands for the sake of his family, wife or children you plain and simply cannot drop it!"

"I saw this coming" Hart continued. "If anything WWE producers are negligent for not speaking up about it to him already, instead they're probably gushing with joy, slapping him on the back telling him "great job!" Bill Goldberg was similar. When I think of Samoa Joe nearly killing Tyson Kidd, then see him continuing to use that deadly finish of his, I just shake my head. It's not real, it's only supposed to look real, wrestlers are not crash test dummies!"

Hart's frustration with the Samoa Joe and Tyson Kidd match makes sense, as Kidd is family, but most don't feel that the Muscle Buster was actually at fault for that. As for Rollins, this is the third time this sort of thing has happened, and with high-profile names attached. John Cena and Sting have both been injured on the move, and it was Sting's last WWE match because of it.

Ironically Rollins had his finisher replaced with the Pedigree for fear of concussions, but it looks like WWE possibly banned the wrong move. I wouldn't be surprised to see this move phased out of Rollin's arsenal in the future.
