With Warner Bros. releasing Suicide Squad this weekend, Doctor Strange is now the last comic book movie of 2016 yet to be released; however, moviegoers will have to be patient, waiting until November for The Sorcerer Supreme to put a spell on them. Although, I'm sure it'll be worth the wait. Come on, it's Marvel!

And now, as part of a cross-promotion with Cinemark XD Extreme Digital Cinema (XD), Marvel Studios has released the first television spot for Doctor Strange, containing snippets of new mystical action. Don't blink or you'll miss them!

When famous neurosurgeon Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) suffers career-ending injuries in a devastating car crash, he seeks help in the furthest reaches of the world! Hoping to find cures for his injuries, Strange instead uncovers the hidden world of magic and alternate dimensions.

The cast features Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, Star Into Darkness, The Imitation Game), Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave), Rachel McAdams (Sherlock Holmes), Michael Stuhlbarg (A Serious Man), Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale) and Tilda Swinton (The Grand Budapest Hotel).

The film is directed by Scott Derrickson (Sinister) and written by Derrickson, Jon Spaihts (Prometheus), and C. Robert Cargill (Sinister).

Marvel's Dr. Strange is produced by Kevin Feige with Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Charles Newirth, Stephen Broussard and Stan Lee serving as executive producers.

Marvel's Dr. Strange will cast a spell on audiences November 4, 2016.
