Following a screening of the upcoming episode of Agent's Of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel's Head of Television Jeph Loeb, and actor Clark Gregg surprised fans attending the New York Comic Con panel with advance footage of Agent Carter. The best part? The footage was shot this PAST Monday.

We open on a classy looking 1940's car pulling up to a dock with a few folks hopping out, pulling a case out of the trunk. We soon learn that those people are Howard Stark (played by Dominic Cooper) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) as the duo stand at the waterfront, with Stark getting into a speedboat. It turns out there is something that Stark invented that is out on the black market and he's off to find it. When asked by Peggy what it was, he makes a classic Stark-ian comment saying "It's just a piece of paper, but it's got a formula on it and the smallest amount could level a city block." followed up by "Technically, I'm not even sure that it works, but, well, I invented it, so it works."

As Stark preps the boat for departure, Peggy is introduced to Jarvis (the stoic James D'Arcy)and ensured that anything she needs, he'll be there for her. Stark departs, and Jarvis helps Peggy into the car. Peggy stops for a second and ask's Jarvis "Well, whats next?" and Jarvis retorts with "Bed by 9."

Not happy with that answer Peggy hops into the front seat of the car and we're treated to a quick action sequence that is top notch. We see Peggy and another individual fighting in a tiny kitchen that ends with the person being thrown through a window.

Marvel's Agent Carter arrives on small screens everywhere, January 2015.
